Here’s how it works:
What's Included in My Base Plan?
All plans include:
A primary business phone number
Unlimited inbound & outbound calling (fair use policy applies)
AI call transcription & summaries
Voicemail and call routing features
➕ Adding Additional Phone Numbers
Need more numbers for departments, teammates, or marketing campaigns? You can add as many as you need.
Cost: Additional numbers are billed as a flat monthly add-on per number.
Billing: Charges are prorated when added mid-cycle and will be included in your next invoice.
Management: Go to Settings > Phone Numbers to add, manage, or release numbers.
⚠️ Phone numbers will only be provisioned after successful billing setup.
🔁 Removing Phone Numbers
You can release a number any time:
Go to Settings > Phone Numbers
Select the number you want to remove
Click Release Number
Released numbers remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Common Questions
Q: Will I be charged if I don’t use a number?
Yes. Provisioned numbers are billed monthly whether actively used or not, due to carrier and compliance costs.
Q: Can I pause or suspend a number?
At this time, all provisioned numbers are billed continuously unless released.
Q: When are charges applied?
Subscription plans and number add-ons are charged monthly on your billing date
Add-ons added mid-cycle are prorated
